This is the most sophisti-cat-ed accommodation for your cat. The one thing we do request however is that your cat has a current F3 vaccination and is up to date with flea and tick protection.
Services
ROYAL SUITES
Let’s face it, every cat considers itself royalty. And, in keeping with their expectations, each cat suite has its own spacious living area with some containing an enclosed booth for privacy if desired. Each unit also contains a litter box using biodegradable odour-resistant litter, a bed with comfortable bedding, and a play toy such as a scratching post.

Cleaning
Suites are cleaned daily with each room receiving fresh water and litter. Additionally, your cat’s time at the Lodge is enriched with the use of music, and scratching posts or toys, and of course, plenty of attention.

Food
Meals consist of premium quality biscuits with wet food offered separately. Special dietary requirements and medications can be accommodated at a minimal cost. Unfortunately, we must inform your cat, there is no butler service.

Extras
Other activities available include petting sessions and brushing, play sessions and gourmet delicacies. Rest assured your royal feline will be pam-purr-ed to the nth degree. Our special extras are the cat’s whiskers!

The base cattery price includes food to graze daily, morning play time and a pet update every second day. Standard units fit up to two family cats. Large units optimally fit one – four family cats.
Discounts & additional charges:
- Public holiday surcharge of $5 p/day p/cat
- Long Stay Discount (28 days or more) – 12% discount (or substitute discount for add-on services of same/similar value)
- Family discount (shared room only) – 5% discount on stays longer than 2 days (not applicable for stays longer than 28 days)

Is my pet required to be vaccinated?
All cats must have a current F3 vaccination, and be up to date with flea and tick protection.
Do you offer an inspection?
We currently only offer a limited viewing of our lodging to reduce any unnecessary stimulation (boarding) and by appointment only.
Do you offer a pick-up service?
IMPORTANT – our pick-up service is temporarily unavailable.
The Pet Care Centre is pleased to offer customers that are unable to attend our facilities in person, a pick-up and delivery service from our sister kennels at Narangba. Please advise at time of booking. *Conditions apply
What if my trip is delayed and I cannot collect my pet on time as arranged?
We ask that you email or Facebook message us as soon as possible to let us know of your delay. We in turn will keep your pet secure and comfortable until you are able to collect them. Any fees as a result of extension of boarding are payable in full on check-out of your pet (for extended delays of 3 days or more it is respectfully requested you settle these fees by discussing a payment over the phone).
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking at any time with no penalty in low season by phone or by emailing us. We appreciate as much notice as possible as this allows us to offer the position to another pet. During peak times such as Easter and Christmas periods the deposit is non-refundable.
What if my pet is Human Aggressive or Declared Dangerous?
This facility has a policy of refusal for all Human Aggressive pets.
What forms of payment are not accepted?
We accept all forms of payment (Visa, Mastercard and direct debit) aside from American Express.
